The letter W in braille
dots 2-4-5-623 of 26⠺
W in braille is dots 2-4-5-6. W is the odd one out: it's J plus dot 6. French braille had no W when it was invented.
A capital W has the capital sign, dot 6, in the cell before it: ⠠⠺.
In Grade 2 (contracted) braille, w standing alone as a word means “will”.
